3. Advance Payment & Refund Policy
All advance payments made to Adswinweb are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Even if the outcome is negative or the business is rejected by Google, the advance payment will not be refunded.
4. Client Responsibility

Fake or misleading documents
Violation of Google policies by the client
5. Policy Compliance
Clients must ensure their business complies with Google Business Profile policies and guidelines.
If a business violates Google policies (spam listings, fake addresses, keyword stuffing, etc.), Adswinweb cannot guarantee recovery or reinstatement.
6. Service Timeline
Resolution timelines may vary depending on:

7. Communication & Support
All service communication will be handled through:

8. Limitation of Liability

Loss of business revenue
Loss of customers or leads
Profile suspension or permanent removal by Google

Our liability is limited strictly to the consultation service provided.
9. Dispute Policy
In case of any dispute regarding services:
The client agrees to first contact Adswinweb support for resolution.
Legal disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing or using Adswinweb services, the client confirms that they have:
