By purchasing our Ads service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Service Terms

  • Full payment must be made in advance before the campaign starts.

  • Ads will be created, managed, and optimized based on the agreed strategy.

  • Adswinweb Digital Marketing reserves the right to upgrade or modify service charges at any time.

2.  Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  • If the campaign is paused or stopped due to client-side issues, no refund or adjustment will be made.

  • If Facebook /Google  disapproves an ad due to policy violations, Adswinweb Digital Marketing is not responsible for refunds.

3. Ad Approval & Performance

  • We follow Facebook’s/Google  advertising policies, and all ads are subject to Facebook’s/Google’s approval.

  • Ad performance depends on multiple factors like audience behavior, market competition, and Facebook’s algorithm.

  • We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, or conversions.

4. No Support for Illegal or Restricted Businesses

  • We strictly do not run ads for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

    • Drugs, alcohol (where restricted), tobacco, gambling, or adult content.

    • Fake or misleading business models.

    • Any service violating Facebook’s advertising policies.

  • If a business is found violating these policies after payment, the service will be canceled without a refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate business details and necessary ad creatives (if required).

  • Any misleading or false claims in advertisements are the client’s responsibility.

6. Changes & Modifications

  • Adswinweb Digital Marketing reserves the right to modify campaign strategies for better performance.

  • Any major modifications requested by the client after ad approval may require additional charges.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any loss, business damage, or account issues caused due to Facebook’s / Google’s decisions.

  • We only manage and optimize the campaign based on the agreed budget and strategy.

8. Agreement Acceptance

By proceeding with payment, you agree to all the terms mentioned above.
