1. What We Do

  • We assist with:

    ✅ Issue resolution & optimization

  • Note: We act as a mediator between you and Google. Final approvals/decisions (e.g., verification, reinstatement) rest solely with Google.

2. Business Verification Requirements

  • We Only Work With Legitimate Businesses:

    • Fraudulent/misleading businesses are not supported.

    • Documents You May Need to Provide:

      • Office/business location video clips

      • Licenses, permits, or registration documents

    • Failure to provide proof may result in service cancellation without a refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Terms:

    • Advance payment required (non-refundable unless stated below).

    • Service packages (if applicable) will be discussed upfront.

  • Refund Scenarios:

    • No Refund If:

      • Service fails due to incorrect info you provided.

      • Google rejects your listing for reasons beyond our control.

    • Partial Refund: Only if Adswinweb fails to deliver the service (excluding client errors).

    • Full Refund: If we cannot resolve your issue within 90 days.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date business details.

  • Follow Google’s guidelines. Misleading information = service cancellation without refund.

  • Post-service requests violating Google’s policies are your responsibility.

5. No Guarantees

  • We cannot guarantee:

    • GMB approval, verification, or reinstatement.

    • Ranking/results (Google’s policies and algorithms change frequently).

6. Liability & Termination

  • We’re Not Liable For:

    • Losses due to Google’s decisions, suspensions, or ranking changes.

  • We May Terminate Service Without Refund If:

    • You provide false information or violate Google’s policies.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Your data is kept confidential (shared only if legally required).

  • Our strategies/methods are proprietary—do not share or replicate.

8. Disputes & Updates

  • Disputes resolved via arbitration in India.

  • Governed by Indian law.

  • Terms may update—check our website periodically.

9. Agreement
